wk. 4/16-4/24 quest. 2

2) A requirement for conformity, an exception of practicality/efficiency, competition/cooperation, following rules of social order, reliance on statistical proofs. These would definitely keep a group from being creative. Many groups who feel they have to conform to act like other groups may be problematic, because people may want to change things, socially, politically, ect. Staying the same, conforming to what has always said to be the right way, leaves no room for improvement and openness to ideas, creativity. I have a personality that in my defenses I choose to have proof of whatever is being questioned. This is what I have to work on with in myself, I notice that I do tend to have a reliance on statistical proof. It is a barrier to creativity, because sometimes its okay that things don’t make sense. There are not always right and wrong ways, things can change.
